Christopher Michael Reynolds
Chris Reynolds is licensed to practice law in the state courts of Florida and in federal court in the Middle District of Florida and is a member of the Florida Bar Association.
The vast majority of his work involves the litigation of all aspects of tort law on behalf of plaintiffs utilizing all mechanisms of the formal legal process. Reynolds employs the philosophy of treating every case as if it is going to trial. This method is based upon the belief that exuding such preparedness will force insurance companies to negotiate fairly and procure higher settlement offers, and also give the client the option to let a jury determine the value of a case should the client prefer that option.
His previous areas of practice included: negligence, premises liability and contracts.
“The nuance inherent in every case,” Reynolds says is what he enjoys most about practicing law, while “providing a measure of comfort and justice,” is what motivates him in his practice.
At Winters and Yonker, Reynolds set himself apart through his ability to “amalgamate complex ideas, quickly rationalize them, and argue accordingly,” he says.
Reynolds is a family man. The importance of family is what has kept him in his hometown of St. Petersburg throughout his life. The fact that law is built on the basis of rationality and logic is what attracted Reynolds to pursue law.
